Google Calendar Advanced Printing

Hi folks,

So back a while ago I started a Google Calendar Gadget that was supposed to replace the bookmarklet. Unfortunately, there were problems with the Google OAuth stuff preventing it from working. Well, somewhere along the way they got them sorted out. If you'd like to give it a try, here's the link to click:

Advanced Printing for Google Calendar

Let me know how it works. Also, the bookmarklet and gadget are on GitHub, here:

Hi Nick! Thanks so much, this is a great idea. Unfortunately not working for me :(

I installed the gadget but all I get are 2 blank text boxes (not sure what to write here) and a list of my calendars with tick boxes (I've got a LOT of calendars and I can't see all of them, perhaps needs a scroll bar or something?)

Not sure what to do with it (can't see a print button or anything)

Looking forward to hearing your suggestions.

Thx

Cristina

Hi Nick!

Great gadget. I had no trouble getting it to work on my home PC, although the bottom of the area for the gadget gets cut off so I can't tell if there's a button below the Generate URL button.

On my Mac at work (Snow Leopard & Safari), I get nothing when I set it up and click the Generate URL button. Any ideas?

Thanks, Beth

The gadget isn't getting me where I need either. I have many calendars for productions (theater) which are past, so no longer are selected to show up in my calendar view. The gadget finds them and selects them, though I wish it wouldn't, and it appears the gadget may be limited in how many calendars it can handle as I get through fiscal year 2010 listed but not FY 2011. This may be a screen space limitation, but there is no scroll bar to drag down.

Seems to work well (Firefox 4.0 Beta 7), BUT doesn't print the full day for me. Events after about 3:00 pm are omitted/cut off.

... OK, my bad apparently. Two things were happening: (1) a Google calendar (Univ. of Michigan sports events) what showed on my main calendar was NOT available to select and therefore its events did not appear in the printed calendar; (2) I typically did NOT have main events after 3 pm.

Query: How do I enable selection of the additional calendar?
